1. Definitions
“Service” refers to the radio rental service provided by And Kamui Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
“Equipment” refers to the two-way radios and accessories (such as chargers) provided through the Service. In this clause, “two-way radio” refers to the digital simple radio defined under Chapter 3 of the Radio Act and Article 54, Item 2 of the Radio Equipment Regulations.
“Other Included Items” refers to supplementary materials provided for the use and return of the Equipment, including the user guide, outer box, and return shipping label.
“User” refers to any individual or corporation that uses the Service.
“Rental Period” refers to the period selected and paid for by the User at the time of reservation.
All dates and times described in these Terms follow Japan Standard Time (JST).
2. Scope of Service
The Service is limited to lawful personal or business use within Japan.
All Equipment provided is certified with the Technical Conformity Mark (Giteki mark) and complies with Japanese law.
The Service is primarily intended for short-term use such as tourism, outdoor activities, and events.
Users are strictly prohibited from taking the Equipment outside of Japan.
3. Responsibilities of the User
Users must handle the Equipment with care and comply with all applicable Japanese laws, including the Radio Act.
Users must not modify, disassemble, or make unauthorized connections to the Equipment.
Users must not lend, sell, or transfer the Equipment to third parties.
Users must not engage in illegal or harmful communication.
Users may only use the Equipment within Japan and only in legally permitted locations, including mountain and coastal areas.
Account registration is recommended, and Users must provide accurate information when registering.
Users may use the Service as a guest; however, reward points and other membership benefits will not apply.
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
4. Rental Period
The minimum rental period is one night and two days.
Additional charges apply for extra rental days beyond the minimum rental period(e.g., ¥500 per additional rental day), and such charges apply only to the agreed standard rental period.
5. Fees and Payment
Rental fees must be paid in advance via credit card or PayPal.
Round-trip shipping fees are included in the rental price.
Shipping is performed by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., and Users may not specify a different carrier.
If the Equipment is returned after the agreed return date, a late fee of ¥1,500 per day will apply for each day of delay. This late fee is a penalty for delayed returns and is separate from the standard rental fees. There is no maximum limiton late fees.
If the Equipment cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addressinformation, or if the User fails to receive it, no refunds will be issued.
If a refund is issued, it will be processed only through the payment service used by the User (credit card company or PayPal). Refunds by bank transfer or other methods are not available.
6. Loss, Theft, and Damage
In cases of loss, theft, or irreparable damage to the Equipment, the User shall pay a fixed compensation fee of ¥30,000.
Damage caused by the User’s negligence shall be fully borne by the User.
If the user guide, outer box, or return shipping label is lost or damaged, the User must purchase replacements at their own expense and cover all related shipping costs.
If damage occurs without User negligence, the Company shall bear the cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 4 days before the rental start date: 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 3 days before the rental start date or later: 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
8. Reviews
Users may submit reviews of the Service.
Defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
9. Email Notifications
Users agree to receive email notifications regarding shipping, service disruptions, promotions, and other service-related information.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for accidents, damages, or losses caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, User error, or radio interference.
Radio coverage is not guaranteed in all locations.
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total rental fee paid by the User.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Company may modify these Terms without prior notice. Revised Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Company’s website.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court.
13. Language
If any inconsistency arises between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

1. 定義
「サービス」とは、株式会社アンドカムイ（以下「当社」）が提供する無線機レンタルサービスを指します。
「機器」とは、本サービスにおいて貸与される二者間通信用無線機（two-way radio）および付属アクセサリー（充電器など）を指します。本項における二者間通信用無線機とは、電波法第3章及び無線設備規則第54条第2号に定めるデジタル簡易無線機を指します。
「その他同梱品」とは、機器の利用および返却に付随して提供される説明書、外箱、返送用伝票を指します。
「利用者」とは、本サービスを利用する個人または法人を指します。
「レンタル期間」とは、利用者が予約時に選択し、支払いを行った期間を指します。
本規約における日付および時刻は、すべて日本時間（JST）を適用します。
2. サービス範囲
本サービスは、日本国内における合法的な個人利用または業務利用に限ります。
貸出される全ての機器は、技適マーク取得済みで日本国内法に準拠しています。
本サービスは、観光、アウトドア活動、イベント等の短期利用を主目的としています。
機器の日本国外への持ち出しは禁止します。
3. 利用者の責任
利用者は、機器を丁寧に扱い、日本の法律（無線法を含む）を遵守するものとします。
利用者は、機器の改造・分解・不正接続を行ってはなりません。
利用者は、機器を第三者に貸与・転売・譲渡してはなりません。
不法または有害な通信を行ってはなりません。
利用者は、日本国内でのみ機器を使用し、山岳や海上など法的に許可されている範囲で利用するものとします。
会員登録は推奨されます。登録情報は正確に提供してください。
ゲストとしても利用できますが、ポイントなどの特典は適用されません。
注文後の配送先住所の変更はできません。
4. レンタル期間
最短レンタル期間は1泊2日です。
追加日数に応じて料金が加算されます（例：1日追加ごとに500円）。
5. 料金および支払い
レンタル料金は、クレジットカードまたはPayPalによる前払いとします。
送料は往復分込みです。
発送はヤマト運輸株式会社に委託します。利用者は運送会社を指定することはできません。
延滞した場合は1日1,500円の延滞料が発生します（上限なし）。
住所不備・不在等で商品が受け取れなかった場合であっても、支払済みの料金は返金できません。
返金が発生する場合、返金方法は利用者が利用した決済サービス（クレジットカード会社・PayPal）を通じてのみ行います。銀行振込等の別方法での返金はできません。
6. 紛失・盗難・損傷
機器の紛失・盗難・修復不可能な損傷が発生した場合、利用者は30,000円を定額補償として支払うものとします。
利用者の過失による損傷の場合、その費用は全額利用者が負担します。
説明書、外箱、返送用伝票を紛失または破損した場合、利用者が新たに購入し、その費用および返送料を負担します。
利用者に過失がなく機器に損傷が生じた場合、当社が負担します。
7. キャンセル条件
レンタル開始日の4日前までのキャンセル：レンタル料金の50％
レンタル開始日の3日前からのキャンセル：レンタル料金の100％
8. レビュー投稿
利用者は、本サービスにレビューを投稿することができます。
投稿にあたっては、誹謗中傷や迷惑行為は禁止します。
9. メール通知の同意
利用者は、配送・障害・キャンペーン等のメール通知を受け取ることに同意するものとします。
10. 責任の制限
当社は、自然災害、天候、利用者操作、電波干渉による事故・損害・損失について責任を負いません。
すべての場所での電波保証は行いません。
当社の責任上限は、利用者が支払ったレンタル料金総額を上限とします。
11. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を予告なく変更することができます。変更後の利用規約は、当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
12. 準拠法および裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合、札幌地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
13. 言語
日本語版と英語版の内容に矛盾が生じた場合、日本語版を優先します。
