1. 定義
1. 「サービス」とは、株式会社アンドカムイ（以下「当社」）が提供する無線機レンタルサービスを指します。
2. 「機器」とは、本サービスで貸与される二者間通信用無線機（two-way radio）および付属アクセサリーを指します。
3. 「利用者」とは、本サービスを利用する個人または法人を指します。
4. 「レンタル期間」とは、利用者が予約時に選択し、支払いを行った期間を指します。
2. サービス範囲
1. 本サービスは、日本国内における合法的な個人利用または業務利用に限ります。
2. 貸出される全ての機器は、技適マーク取得済みで日本国内法に準拠しています。
3. 本サービスは、観光、アウトドア活動、イベント等の短期利用を主目的としています。
3. 利用者の責任
1. 利用者は、機器を丁寧に扱い、日本の法律（無線法を含む）を遵守するものとします。
2. 利用者は、機器の改造・分解・不正接続を行ってはなりません。
3. 利用者は、機器を第三者に貸与・転売・譲渡してはなりません。
4. 利用者は、日本国内でのみ機器を使用し、山岳や海上など法的に許可されている範囲で利用するものとします。
5. 会員登録は推奨されます。レンタルサービスを利用する際、登録情報は正確に提供することが望ましいです。
6. 会員登録を行わない場合でも、ゲストとしてサービスを利用できますが、ポイントや特典等のサービスは受けられません。
4. レンタル期間
1. 最短レンタル期間は1泊2日です。
2. 追加日数に応じて料金が加算されます（例：1日追加ごとに 500円）。
5. 料金および支払い
1. レンタル料金は、クレジットカードによる前払いとします。
2. 送料は往復分込みです。
3. 延滞した場合は1日 1,500円の延滞料が発生します（上限なし）。
6. 紛失・盗難・損傷
1. 機器の紛失・盗難・修復不可能な損傷が発生した場合、利用者は30,000円を定額補償として支払うものとします。
2. 利用者の過失による損傷の場合、全額負担となります。
3. 利用者に過失がなく機器に損傷が生じた場合、会社が負担します。
7. キャンセル条件
1. 発送前のキャンセルは、支払額の50%が発生します。
2. 発送後のキャンセルは、支払額の100%が発生します。
8. 禁止行為
1. 日本の無線法およびその他法令に違反する行為
2. 不法または有害な通信を行うこと
3. 機器を第三者に貸与・譲渡・転売すること
4. 日本国外での機器使用
5. 誹謗中傷や他者に迷惑を及ぼすレビュー投稿
9. レビュー投稿について
1. 利用者は、本サービスにレビューを投稿することができます。
2. 投稿にあたっては、前項5に従い、誹謗中傷・迷惑行為は禁止されます。
10. メール通知の同意
1. 利用者は、配送・障害・キャンペーン等のメール通知を受け取ることに同意するものとします。
11. 責任の制限
1. 会社は、自然災害、天候、利用者操作、電波干渉による事故・損害・損失について一切責任を負いません。
2. すべての場所での電波保証は行いません。
3. 会社の責任上限は、利用者が支払ったレンタル料金総額を上限とします。
12. 準拠法および裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、札幌地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。
13. 言語
日本語版と英語版で内容に矛盾が生じた場合、日本語版を優先します。

English Version
1. Definitions
1. “Service” refers to the two-way radio rental service provided by And Kamui Co., Ltd. (“the Company”).
2. “Equipment” refers to the two-way radios and accessories provided under the Service.
3. “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
4. “Rental Period” refers to the period selected and paid for by the User at the time of reservation.
2. Scope of Service
1. The Service is available only for lawful personal or business use within Japan.
2. All Equipment provided is compliant with Japanese law and bears the Technical Conformity Mark (Giteki mark).
3. The Service is intended primarily for short-term use, such as tourism, outdoor activities, or events.
3. User Responsibilities
1. Users must handle the Equipment carefully and comply with Japanese laws, including the Radio Law.
2. Users must not modify, disassemble, or improperly connect the Equipment.
3. Users must not lend, resell, or transfer the Equipment to third parties.
4. Users must use the Equipment only within Japan, and only in legally permitted areas such as mountains or offshore locations.
5. Membership registration is recommended. Users are encouraged to provide accurate information when registering to use the rental service.
6. Users may use the Service as guests without registration, but will not receive member points or benefits.
4. Rental Period
1. The minimum rental period is 1 night, 2 days.
2. Additional days will be charged incrementally (e.g., 500 JPY per additional day).
5. Fees and Payment
1. Rental fees must be paid in advance via credit card.
2. Shipping costs for both delivery and return are included.
3. Late returns incur a fee of 1,500 JPY per day (no upper limit).
6. Loss, Theft, or Damage
1. Users must pay a flat-rate compensation of 30,000 JPY for lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged Equipment.
2. Users are fully responsible for damage caused by their negligence.
3. If damage occurs without the User’s negligence, the Company will bear the cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations before shipping incur 50% of the payment.
2. Cancellations after shipping incur 100% of the payment.
8. Prohibited Conduct
1. Violating Japanese Radio Law or other applicable laws.
2. Engaging in unlawful or harmful communications.
3. Lending, reselling, or transferring the Equipment to third parties.
4. Using the Equipment outside Japan.
5. Posting reviews containing defamatory, abusive, or disruptive content.
9. Reviews
1. Users may post reviews of the Service.
2. All review postings must comply with Section 8.5, prohibiting defamatory or disruptive content.
10. Consent to Email Notifications
1. Users consent to receiving emails regarding shipping, service issues, and promotional campaigns.
11. Limitation of Liability
1. The Company is not responsible for accidents, damages, or losses caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, User actions, or radio interference.
2. The Company does not guarantee radio reception in any location.
3. The Company’s total liability is limited to the total rental fees paid by the User.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court as the court of first instance.
13. Language
In the event of any inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.
